Please fill in the “Corporate contract code” and “Email address” and press the “Register Email address” button.

After registering your email address, an authentication code notification email will be sent to you.

If your company has provided you with only a Corporate contract code, please enter the same code as the Corporate contract code in the Corporate Password field.
